Abstract (It.): il contributo esamina la relazione tra la modifica al riparto delle competenze legislative, da un lato, e l’esercizio delle funzioni amministrative, dall’altro. A questo progetto di revisione sono dedicate le presenti note, al fine di comprendere se, ed eventualmente in quale misura, la prima possa riflettersi sul secondo.
Abstract (En.): the article analyzes the relation between the change in the division of legislative powers, on the one hand, and the exercise of administrative functions, on the other. These notes are dedicated to this revision project, in order to understand, if, and to what extent, the first may be reflected in the second.
