Abstract (It.): nel dualismo interno alle regioni fra enti ad autonomia ordinaria ed enti ad autonomia speciale irrompe, grazie all’art.
Abstract (En.): thanks to Article 116, par. 3, of the Italian Constitution up till now unfilled, the new category of regions with differentiated autonomy bursts into the traditional antagonism between regions with ordinary autonomy and regions with a special statute. The paper analyzes the initiatives recently taken by some regions on the basis of the aforementioned constitutional rule, paying specific attention to the potential impact of the so-called differentiated regionalism on the pharmaceutical area, that’s a crucial sector for citizens’ social rights whose realization is largely referred to the services provided by regions and local administrations.
