Abstract (It.): le riforme costituzionali approvate in Italia negli ultimi decenni hanno inciso su una parte del sistema delle fonti e, in un certo senso, sul modo di vedere i rapporti tra le stesse, in termini di competenza e gerarchia. Le riforme inizialmente hanno investito il sistema regionale delle fonti e successivamente, in alcuni ambiti definiti, anche il sistema nazionale. Il tratto comune è rappresentato dall’innalzamento dei quorum deliberativi per gli organi legislativi statali e regionali.
Abstract (En.): the Italian constitutional reforms of last decades have influenced and engraved a part of the system of sources of law and, in a certain sense, the relations between them, also in the side of hierarchical model. That reforms initially concerned the regional system of sources and then, in some specific areas, also the national system. The common feature is represented by the raising of the deliberative quorums for the legislative bodies.
