Abstract (It.): il contributo esamina la condizione attuale dell’autonomia speciale nell’ordinamento italiano. L’Autore analizza i problemi delle Regioni a statuto speciale, anche alla luce del processo di attuazione del regionalismo differenziato previsto dall’art. 116, comma 3, Cost., sostenendo l’opportunità di adottare un modello di “specialità diffusa”.
Abstract (En.): the paper examines the current condition of special autonomy in the Italian legal system. The Author analyzes the problems of the Regions with a special statute, also in the light of the process of implementation of the differentiated regionalism established by art. 116.3 of the Constitution, supporting the idea of adopting a “widespread specialty” model.
