Abstract (It.): il saggio esamina la recente legge della Regione Marche n. 31/2020 disciplinante le tematiche partecipative, confrontandola con quelle delle Regioni (Toscana, Puglia ed Emilia-Romagna) che hanno già legiferato in materia: esso evidenzia alcune criticità della suddetta legge, in particolare la sua scarsa innovatività in quanto ha previsto un solo istituto partecipativo, mentre altre leggi regionali hanno introdotto parecchi istituti di partecipazione.
Abstract (En.): the essay examines the recent law of Region Marche n. 31/2020 about participatory topics, comparing it with those of the Regions (Tuscany, Puglia and Emilia Romagna) that have already ruled the same topics; the essay underlines some critical features of the mentioned law, in particular its low degree of innovation, because it has introduced only one of the participatory instruments, while other regional laws have introduced several of them.
