Abstract (It.): il contributo è il testo rielaborato di un seminario tenuto al Dottorato in Scienze delle Pubbliche Amministrazioni dell’Università di Messina il 4 aprile 2024. L’Autore esamina le più salienti esperienze dell’autonomia regionale dal punto di vista della teoria della Costituzione, per verificare quanto esse abbiano concorso al pieno esercizio dei diritti fondamentali.
Abstract (En.): the contribution is the revised text of a seminar held at the Doctorate in Public Administration Sciences at the University of Messina on 4th April 2024. The Author examines the most salient experiences of regional autonomy from the point of view of the theory of the Constitution, to verify how much they contributed to the full exercise of fundamental rights.
