Abstract (It.): il saggio affronta il ruolo delle autonomie territoriali nel processo di integrazione europea, esaminando l’impatto dell’European Committee of the Regions sulla normativa europea ed il livello di partecipazione “attiva” delle autonomie territoriali, in particolare delle Regioni italiane alla luce del dettato costituzionale del terzo comma dell’art. 117.
Abstract (En.): the essay deals with the role of territorial autonomies in the process of European integration, examining the impact of the European Committee of the Regions on European legislation and the level of “active” participation of territorial autonomies, of the Italian Regions in the light of the constitutional dictate of the third paragraph of art. 117.
